- All usual and undesignated gifts will go to the general fund for the regular operating expenses of the church.
- The general fund will be managed as usual according to the present budget.
- Designated funds will be managed by the Administrative Board using the following priority order:
- Church facility reconstruction including pre-storm expansion plans
- Administration and staffing expenses
- Support of work projects for Inreach (members and attendees of GBC)
- Support of work projects for Outreach (community)
- Support of volunteer work team housing

An attempt will be made as funds become available to budget their use and communicate with the congregation.
Approval of unbudgeted major expenditures (in excess of $500.00) will be made by the Executive Committee of the Administrative Board.
